Finishing Techniques
The right finish transforms a good print into an exceptional one. Hover each finish to see the effect in action.
Gloss Lamination
01A shiny, reflective coating applied to the printed surface. Enhances colour vibrancy and provides excellent durability.
Matte Lamination
02A non-reflective coating that gives a sophisticated, understated look while protecting the print from scuffs and moisture.
Soft Touch Lamination
03A velvety, rubber-feel coating that creates an ultra-premium tactile experience. Often used for luxury products.
Spot UV
04A high-gloss UV coating applied to specific areas of the print, creating a striking contrast against a matte background.
Foil Stamping
05A metallic foil (gold, silver, rose gold, etc.) pressed onto the surface using heat and pressure, creating a luxurious metallic finish.
Embossing
06Creates a raised (emboss) or recessed (deboss) impression in the paper, adding a tactile, three-dimensional quality.
Die Cutting
07Custom cutting into any shape beyond a standard rectangle — circles, custom silhouettes, and unique forms.
Wipe-clean Coating
08A specialist coating that allows the printed surface to be wiped clean — ideal for menus and hospitality materials.
